 Role description and qualifications

As an advisor in SustEvo AS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable future by working with the development and improvement of environmentally friendly energy solutions. You will become part of a passionate and competent team dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

We are looking for both you who have a relevant education in energy and environmental technology, and you who have a burning interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. You must be analytical and accurate, and have good communication skills both in writing and orally. Experience from relevant subjects and work areas is preferable.

Experience is not a requirement, but you should either have relevant education or practical experience from the field. We are looking for people who are innovative, willing to take initiative and have a burning commitment to the job. You should be good at communicating with customers, and have a good understanding of technology and energy solutions. 

Your work tasks

We need advisers who can carry out some of the following tasks:

• Energy management and implementation of condition assessments

• Conceptual and strategic consultancy within technical facilities, ITB, BREEAM etc

• Concept and feasibility studies within renewable energy

• Energy mapping and energy labelling

• Requirements specifications and procurement

• Project management

• Troubleshooting and optimization of technical facilities in the operational phase

• Preparation of sustainability DD in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial property

• Environmental certification of buildings (BREEAM NOR, BREEAM In-Use)

• Programming and development of new technical solutions for our services

 About us

SustEvo is a complete consultant in sustainable energy and environment for construction, industry and urban areas. We work closely with our customers to ensure a good indoor environment and robust operation with the lowest possible energy use and minimal environmental impact.

The company was founded in 2016 by Kjell Hantho under the name Hantho Energy, and has since had strong growth and many new projects and customers. In 2022, the company changed its name to SustEvo and brought in new management, with the name as an illustration of our vision to help our customers find the fastest path towards the green shift.

SustEvo consists of 11 dedicated employees with offices in Oslo, Tønsberg and Haugesund. We have ambitious growth plans and expect to have 22 employees by the end of 2023. As advisers, we want to contribute to a high level of cooperation and communication to ensure that projects are carried out in the best way. Our projects today are mainly in Norway, but we also carry out some projects in other parts of Europe.
