We certify your building
SustEvo offers a range of services within sustainability consultancy and reporting. We assist our customers with BREEAM In-Use certification and BREEAM In-Use auditors. The BREEAM In-Use certification process can be integrated into the work we do for energy mapping and energy management. We assist our customers with ESG reporting, we can assist with documenting according to CREEM and assist with documenting and visualizing energy and sustainability data as well as creating sustainability strategies at building and portfolio level.

BREEAM In-Use (BIU) is a management and certification tool developed by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) in England for building owners and managers. It can be used to map opportunities in the building for reducing operating costs, energy consumption and environmental burdens, as well as helping to identify measures to increase the well-being factor and environment in existing commercial buildings and homes.
We have personnel with many years of experience in BIU who can both assist building owners and managers in certifying buildings, both as a consultant and project coordinator in the certification process.
We can also provide BIU auditor for auditing certification and issuing certificate.
